Hatsune Miku joins the Persona 4: Dancing All Night roster

The recent PlayStation Vita rhythm game Persona 4: Dancing All Night welcomes a new member to the dance crew as Hatsune Miku bursts onto the stage as downloadable content, as announced by Atlus here.

Hatsune Miku will be added to the game via DLC around August in Japan, introducing a new track to the game with her “Heaven feat. Hatsune Miku (ATOLS Remix).” It’d be an easy guess to say that this will be a remix of the song “Heaven” from the Persona 4 soundtrack. There is no news yet as to whether Atlus will be bringing the Hatsune Miku DLC to the west with its upcoming release.

You can expect to be seeing Persona 4: Dancing All Night coming to North America exclusive to PlayStation Vita on the 29th of September, with the game launching in Japan back in June.

Doesn’t matter how far apart we are. The bonds we’ve made will remain strong.
Everyone’s hearts is connected to the people they know and trust. It’s those bonds that let us all search for our purpose in life.

As long it’s a purpose that you believe in, there will always be someone who could help you fulfill it.

You, me, and everyone else, there are no barriers.
Our hearts are one. Right, Sensei?”

Teddie – Persona 4

It’s official; Persona 4: Dancing All Night is available in Japan, and after 24 hours with the game, how are you all enjoying it?

Based half a year after the original events of Persona 4, we find that the town of Inaba is once again being threatened by mysteries that only seem to be occurring at midnight. Thus sparking a new rumor, sharing the same gritty undertone that something more powerful is at play and is having serious real world effects.

“At midnight, if you see a strange video playing on a certain site, you are transported to the ‘other side’ and will never wake up again…”

This time, members of the popular Idol Group “Kanamin Kitchen” are disappearing, so it’s up to the Investigation Team to band together to defeat the shadows once again… through the power of over the top dance battles.

Exclusive to the PlayStation Vita, Persona 4: Dancing All Night is the latest spinoff game for the series, featuring 29 new musical arrangements of the Persona 4 OST. With talent from the likes of Yuu Miyake (Katamari Damacy, Tekken), Norihiko Hibino (Metal Gear Solid, Bayonetta), Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill, Lollipop Chainsaw), Shinichi Osawa (aka Mondo Grosso), and even internationally famous artist Towa Tei, we’re more than sure that this game will have you up dancing all night.

Stay tuned for any future news pertaining to the game.
